Why Fanatical bundles are so easy to miss
Fanatical is one of the most active bundle stores there is. Build your own Bundle tiers get restocked, Star Deals rotate, and new game, book and software bundles appear without much warning. None of it is announced on a fixed weekly schedule the way some stores do it.
That creates two problems. The first is timing: the strongest picks in a Build your own Bundle are often gone within days, sometimes hours, because everyone grabs the same three or four standout keys. The second is discovery: the newsletter batches things together and arrives whenever it arrives, and by then the tier you wanted is already sold out.
A Discord ping solves both. It reaches you on desktop and on your phone within minutes of the bundle appearing, with the price and the tiers already in the message, so you can decide in ten seconds whether it is worth opening the store.
What gets posted
Fanatical is split across three channels so a software bundle never buries the game bundle you were waiting for. Each channel has its own opt-in role.

Every alert carries the bundle name, the entry price, how many tiers there are and a direct link to the bundle. No screenshots to squint at, no "check the pinned message".
The part most deal servers skip

If you are new to the store, these are the formats you will see come through the channels.
Build your own Bundle
A pool of games where you pick a fixed number of keys for a fixed price, usually in three, five and ten game tiers. The pool is limited and popular titles sell out individually while the bundle is still running, which is why being early genuinely matters here.
Star Deal
A single headline title at a heavily reduced price, usually running for a short window before it rotates to something else. Easy to miss entirely if you are not checking the store most days.
Themed and publisher bundles
Fixed collections built around a publisher, a genre or a franchise, normally with two or three tiers. These run longer, so the alert is more about not forgetting than about racing anyone.
Book and software bundles
Technical books, RPG rulebooks, comics, art assets, game-dev tools and course packs. Very good value and consistently under-reported, which is why they get their own channels and their own roles here.
How to switch the alerts on
- Join the Discord. No form, no email address, no account beyond the Discord one you already have.
- Take the Fanatical role in the roles channel. Take all three if you want books and software too, or just the one.
- Leave it running. The next time a bundle goes live, you get one ping in the right channel.
If you would rather not be pinged at all, skip the role and read the channels whenever you feel like it. The posts land either way.
